The experts are all telling us to avoid high cholesterol foods. Okay. But what are these nasty, yet usually tasty, foods? ABC News had an interview on their July 26, 2009 Good Morning America show about foods to avoid high cholesterol and foods that are beneficial and other good general information about this topic.
